可调节测座
如果使用可调节测座, 位置改变时候必须要保持一个距离防止碰撞.
在程序模式, 过程如下:
- 自由测头:
- 移动一个定位点 (GOTO)
- 激活探针 ( 可调节测头置位)
- 设置定位点(GOTO)
程序内含有几个探针或可转动测座
如下图所示, 测座的移动的一些典型情况:

当机器设置到自动模式的时候,检查程序的路径非常重要:

在自学习模式,完全可以跟随定位点的路径来避免碰撞,如下图显示.
Warning: Via points can be inserted inside feature measurements. It is however advisable to avoid doing so, as if the feature is deleted it will be more difficult to update the paths.
The following diagram shows what you should not do. B, C and E are via points and are inside the measurement of CIRCLE1. If you wish to delete CIRCLE1, you will have to reproduce the paths to go from PT1 to PT2.
The following diagram shows what you should do. B, C, E are no longer inside the measurement of CIRCLE1. If you wish to delete CIRCLE1, the path is OK from PT1 to PT2.
