20 Ansys静力学求解报错如何解决？

对螺栓分析，加了个两个约束力。求解时报错An error occurred while starting the solver module. Verify that your solver directory does not reside on a network UNC Path. Please refer to the Troubleshooting section in the ANSYS Mechanical User Guide for more information.有无大神解答一下是操作问题还是软件出问题，该如何解决？
