考虑非独立性和不确定性地质力学参数影响下井筒稳定性的定向井轨迹优化
有效分析定向井井筒稳定性风险对复杂深层油气资源勘探具有重要意义。为了钻井过程的顺利进行,井筒稳定性与地层岩石强度特性和井眼周围岩石的应力状态有关,而应力状态又直接受到井眼轨迹倾角和方位角的影响。应力状态取决于地应力的大小。然而,地质力学参数的不确定性和非独立性极大地影响了井筒失稳压力的预测和井筒稳定性评价。因此,本文有效地将蒙特卡罗方法与Nataf变换相结合,对地质力学参数进行采样和模拟,实现井筒失稳定量风险评估(QRA)。在此基础上,研究了不同井眼轨迹和应力状态下井眼坍塌和破裂压力的参数敏感性特征。主要研究表明,基于参数不确定度的井筒失稳风险评估结果表明,当可靠性大于50%时,预测塌陷等效密度通常增大,裂缝压力等效密度减小,导致安全泥浆比重窗口明显变窄。此外,参数不确定性对断裂压力的影响显著大于对坍塌压力的影响。利用相关系数对储层地质力学参数进行约束,保持了参数之间的线性特征,从而显著减小了井筒失稳压力的不确定范围。地应力参数的不确定性使得地层岩石有可能经历由常规走滑断层向正断层转变的应力状态类型。然而,这种应力状态转变的可能性明显影响了井眼轨迹优化的选择。弹性模量、泊松比、黏聚力、内摩擦角、抗拉强度等岩石力学参数对任意倾斜井眼的坍塌压力和破裂压力影响较弱。而在斜井/水平井中,地应力对井眼轨迹的变化具有明显的敏感性。对于直井而言,最大水平地应力和最小水平地应力分别是井眼塌陷和破裂压力的主要敏感因素。该方法通过计算井眼轨迹优化概率,对工程设计具有重要的指导意义。
