1. 引言
在上世纪70年代,Piteau是采矿岩石边坡工程研究的先驱者,特别是Rockfall和Toppling 这两个至今仍是露天采矿边坡稳定性的研究对象。与Goodman 和 Hoek 等学院派的理论研究不同,Piteau和SRK以及Call【露天矿边坡设计和采矿岩石力学的传奇人物Richard D. Call(1934-2004)】的研究更侧重于实践,因而对实际矿山的运营更有参考价值。
