RationalDMIS元素转换构造

 可以实现工件,关节臂的蛙跳等功能!!

     元素转换构造就是将构造元素在"转换前"坐标系下的数值都转换为在"转换后"坐标系下的数值,并用这些新数值产生一个跟构造元素类型相同新元素.

元素转换构造的作用是将元素从一个坐标系下移动到另外一个坐标系;
