一.RationalDMIS 2020编程步骤:

(1)转换图档并导入测量软件(使用UG/CREO/中望3D软件处理);

(2)建立工件坐标系(粗建坐标系+精建坐标系)

(3)拾取测量点;

(4)测量点评价;

(5)编辑报告并保存程式;

   当测头校正完毕后,可以把零件放置在测量机工作台上,此时需要对零件进行坐标找正。

   在三坐标测量机上进行三维尺寸测量时,建立坐标系需要分步进行;建立坐标系要按以下三个步骤进行:零件找正,旋转轴和设置原点。

  根据零件图纸的要求,测量零件的基准元素,包括第一基准元素,第二基准元素,设立坐标原点的元素。

1.第一步:零件找正

(1)采集平面

  在平面上至少取三个点以上,大范围采点,创建平面1,可以用于找正轴平面。一般是Z平面(但要可以是X或Y平面),一般是图纸要求的面,如果没有要求,可以寻找一个比较好的面来找正。

(2)生成坐标:找正第一轴,Z轴平移到平面1上。

     第一轴向选择:判断面的朝向;选择好面的方向后点击“预览”——“添加/激活坐标系”。都是以测针回退的方向来确定轴向的选择。

    目的:是把某一坐标轴旋转到与该平面的法线平行。

第一基准通常是:平面或圆柱;

2.第二步:锁定旋转第二轴

  (1)在零件的四周取四根线,每两根平行线先构造中分线,再使用两根中分线构造一个相交点。

因为3D图的坐标中心在中间,所以要建立中心点, 先构造中分线,然后相交构造中心点。

(2)旋转坐标系:选择元素,对齐直线。

   选择一根直线(一般选择比较长的中分线),先判断直线的方向(线的方向如下图所示),然后选择对齐方向(线的方向),点击“预览”——“添加/激活坐标系”。

第二基准通常是:直接测量的直线,两个中心孔连接的直线;平面或圆柱;

3.第三步:原点设定(平移

设立原点的元素通常是:

球心:可设置XYZ三个坐标原点;

内外圆圆心,圆柱:可设置XY,YZ,ZX两个坐标原点;

平面,直线和点:可设置单一坐标原点;

附注:平移原点说明

A.三轴分别偏置:属于ZW未知(当图纸要求把坐标系原点放到某一方形工件的棱角上时,所使用的方法)主要针对:任意点、任意直线、任意面;

B.三轴同时偏置:属于已知(当图纸要求把坐标系原点放到某一方形工件的棱角上时或当确定坐标系原点位置时,所使用的方法)主要针对:球心,投影点或通过相关功能找出,交点,对称中心点;

C.先偏置 个轴,后偏置两个轴:属于已知(当图纸要求把坐标系原点为放到某一圆心和平面上时,所使用的方法)例如:先偏置Z轴,后偏置X、Y轴主要针对:位置点(如:圆心、方槽、圆槽、圆环、)

针长50mm有效长3mm球径0.3mm主要测量小骨位、按键等精密小面。

(3)D2L90

  针长90mm   有效长12mm  球径2.0mm   主要测量超深面,如热咀套反面封胶直径

(4)D4L75

   针长75mm   有效长70mm  球径4.0mm   主要分中、模胚测量等大件及不易分中的工件

(5)D1L70

     针长70mm   有效长12.5mm  球径1.0mm   常用测针

四:拾取测量点

  CAD点型图形定义拾取点,取点要求:

(1)先取分中点,再取其它加工点;

(2)取点要考虑报告保存分页;

(3)点尽可能分布开;

(4)取完点应进行碰撞模拟;

取完测量点增加以下命令,可使测量后机器移动到安全位置

GOTO/X,Y,Z   路径点/定位点

附注:

1.测头校验相关

根据工件的特征及检测要求确定测头的选择(包括测座、测头直径、测杆、加长杆等)

对工件进行检测之前,需要对所用的测头进行校验;程序中出现的数值是软件记录测杆红宝石球心的位置,但实际测量时是红宝石球表面接触工件,这就需要对实际的接触点与软件记录的位置沿着测点矢量方向进行测头半径、位置的补偿。通过校验,消除以下三个方面的误差:

(1)理论测针半径与实际测针半径之间的误差;

(2)理论测杆长度与实际测杆长度的误差;

(3)测头旋转角度的误差;

 注:工件测量过程中使用的每一个角度都是由A角B角构成的,绕机器坐标系X轴旋转的角度为A角,应用范围为0—105度;绕Z轴旋转的角定义为B角,应用范围为-180--+180度;角度的正负判定根据右手法则:拇指指向Z轴正方向,顺四指旋转角度为正,反之为负角;对于自动测座,A角B角是以7.5度为一个分度,手动测座以15度为一个分度进行旋转。

2.测量程序的编制

在评价位置度时所用的元素一定要用自动方式测量,以便于理论值的输入

在选择基准时有两种情况:一种是采用唯一基准,另一种是采用符合3—2—1坐标系原则基准组合

如果使用了基准,在程序中显示的X、Y、Z实测值及偏差值是相对于基准计算出来而又转化到当前坐标系的坐标值

如果想显示相对于基准的偏差值,可以把坐标系旋转、平移到位置度的基准上
