影响轴承使用的三个主要因素

1结构设计合理的同时具备有先进性,轴承才有较长的使用寿命

轴承的制造一般要经过锻造、热处理、车削、磨削和装配等多道加工工序。各加工工艺的合理性、先进性、稳定性也会影响到轴承的寿命。其中影响成品轴承质量的热处理和磨削加工工序,往往与轴承的失效有着更直接的关系。近年来对轴承工作表面变质层的研究表明,磨削工艺与轴承表面质量的关系密切。


2轴承材料的冶金质量是影响轴承早期失效的主要因素

随着冶金技术(例如轴承钢的真空脱气、氮碳共渗等)的进步,制造产品的原材料质量得到显著改进。原材料质量的影响在轴承失效分析中所占的比重已经明显下降,但它仍然是轴承失效分析的主要因素之一。轴承失效分析的主要任务,就是根据大量的背景材料、分析数据和失效形式,找出造成轴承失效的根源,以便有针对性地提出改进措施,延长轴承的服役期,避免轴承发生突发性的早期失效。


3轴承安装条件仍然是使用中的关键因素

轴承安装条件是使用中的决定因素之一,有些轴承往往因安装不适当,而导致整套轴承各零件之间的受力状态发生变化,使得轴承在不正常的状态下运转,并提早失效。根据轴承安装、使用、维护和保养的技术要求,对运转中轴承所承受的载荷、转速、工作温度、振动、噪声和润滑条件实时监控和有序检查,及时发现异常情况,查找原因,并立即整改,恢复其正常工作。 



     


Three main factors affecting the use of bearings


First, the bearing designed with reasonable structural and advanced nature can be a longer service life.


The manufacture of bearings generally involves multiple processing procedures such as forging, heat treatment, turning, grinding and assembly. The rationality, advancement and stability of each processing technology will also affect the life of the bearing. Among them, the heat treatment and grinding process that affect the quality of finished bearings are often more directly related to the failure of the bearing. In recent years, studies on the deteriorating layer of the bearing working surface show that the grinding process is closely related to the bearing surface quality.


Second, the metallurgical quality of the bearing material is the main factor affecting the early failure of the bearing.


The quality of raw materials for manufacturing products has been significantly improved due to the progress of metallurgical technology (such as vacuum degassing of bearing steel, nitrocarburizing, etc.). The influence of the quality of raw materials in bearing failure analysis has significantly decreased, yet it is still one of the main factors in bearing failure analysis. The main task of bearing failure analysis is to find out the root cause of bearing failure based on a large number of background materials, analysis data and failure modes, so as to propose improvement measures to extend the service life of the bearing and avoid sudden bearing early failure.


Third, the bearing installation conditions are still the key factors of application

Bearing installation conditions are one of the decisive factors in use. Some bearings are often improperly installed, resulting in changes in the stress state of various parts of the bearings, cause the bearing to operate in an abnormal state and fail early. Therefore , according to the technical requirements of bearing installation, use, maintenance and real-time monitoring and orderly inspection of the load, speed, working temperature, vibration, noise and lubrication conditions of the bearing in operation, timely discovery of abnormal conditions in time, find out the cause, and immediately rectify and restore its normal work.
