精诚工科一体式同轴电驱动桥技术应用介绍
目前,商用车应用同轴电驱桥的方案日益增多,其中以比亚迪和东风德纳使用的行星齿轮减速方案的同轴桥占主流,精诚工科另辟蹊径,做出了偏置式的圆柱斜齿轮减速同轴桥。圆柱斜齿轮减速同轴桥具有如下优势:齿轮制造工艺成熟、成本低;
传动效率高;
NVH优化难度低,噪音可控;
减速系统可用飞溅润滑冷却,技术难度小;
大齿轮侧可向上偏转布置,扩大速比范围。
圆柱斜齿轮同轴桥的缺点:
体积大,占用整车X向布置空间;
重量稍大;
依然有少许质心偏载导致的低频振动的冲击。

此外,大卖的长城炮EV用的也是同款方案的电驱系统。蜂巢电驱动为皮卡等EV车型开发的新一代一体式同轴二合一电驱动系统,采用偏置轴式同轴设计,机械结构简单,承载扭矩高,搭载布置空间更优化,电机轴作为减速器第一轴,NVH性能更好。
