Hikvision Selects VayoPro-SMT Expert
In Augest of 2018, Hangzhou Hikvision Digital Technology Co., Ltd.(“Hikvision”) has selected VayoPro-SMT Expert software products from Vayo(Shanghai) Technology Co.,Ltd (“Vayo”) . These products will be used in factories of Hikvision to accelerate the production of SMT programs, shorten the NPI cycle and improve the intelligence level, reduce human error, improve manufacturing capacity and reduce labor costs.
In the past, only device programming software or third-party tools were been used but the polarity could not be corrected intelligently in these ways. No one can ensure the accuracy of each patch program. The placement machine needs to confirm the polarity, angle and displacement of each patch component. These must be confirmed by the engineer/technician's eyes one by one. Product updates are getting faster and faster, there will be several, dozens or hundreds of new products per week, per product Contains hundreds or thousands of components . No one can guarantee that all year's work will not go wrong. What does it mean once a polarity error event has been sent? Production line has to been stopped, been repaired! Been complained by the customers, orders are been canceled, and been asked to compensate! Been warned even lost one’s job! Correcting the polarity by manually may cause Inevitable risks in most of time while the same issue still occurs in many companies.
