诸多国家重大工业装备及其极端服役环境均对高性能、轻量化的材料和结构提出了迫切的需求。据报道,航天器的质量每减少1 kg,其发射过程中运载火箭的能耗就会减轻50 kg,发射成本至少会节省十万元。材料-结构一体化设计是获得低成本、高性能结构最有效的途径之一,而增材制造技术则是实现复杂高性能结构设计最有利的保障。
