摘 要:以Pro/E为平台,建立了堆料机洒水泵联轴器的三维实体模型,该设备是堆料机除尘设备中的关键设备,并基于ANSYS对该模型进行有限元分析,依据分析结果,掌握了该联轴器的受力规律,具有重要的工程价值。

Abstract: Taking Pro/E as the platform, the paper establishes three-dimensional solid model of the sprinkling pump coupling which is the critical part of the stacker 's dust-cleaning apparatus. The finite element analysis of the model was taken in the software of ANSYS.On the basis of analysis results, the mechanical regularity of coupling has been mastered,being of important project practical value.
