1、电磁仿真/EMC工程师、经理
职责描述：
1.建立元器件级的模型，仿真计算并输出结果；
2.建立系统级的EMC模型，进行仿真并提出优化方案；
3.输出仿真报告，并参与产品的优化。
任职要求：
1.物理、通信、电子工程和微波技术等相关专业，硕士以上学历；
2.具备电子电路、电磁场与电磁波理论、微波理论、电动力学或计算电磁学的基础；
3.熟练使用电磁仿真软件；
4.从事信号完整性或者EMC经验的优先。

2、CAE二次开发工程师招聘
职位职责：
1. 导入CAE软件，加快产品研发；
2. 负责力学、热学等CAE软件的二次开发;
3. 定制化开发ANSA、Abaqus等软件的前后处理界面，提升CAE效率；
4. 开发独立的CAE界面，引入开源求解器，并加以应用；
5. 定制仿真流程，以及构建CAE知识库。
职位要求：

TE Connectivity’s R&D/Product Development Engineering Teams conceive original ideas for new products, introduce them into practice. They are responsible for product development, and qualification from market definition through production and release; assist in the qualification of suppliers for new products to ensure suppliers deliver quality parts, materials, and services for new or improved manufacturing processes; conduct feasibility studies, testing on new and modified designs; direct and support detailed design, testing, prototype fabrication and manufacturing ramp. The R&D/Product Development Engineering Teams provide all required product documentation including, but not limited to, Solid Model, 2D/3D production drawings, product specifications, and testing requirements. They create and modify detailed drawings and drafting or conceptual models from layouts, rough sketches or notes and contribute to design modifications to facilitate manufacturing operation or quality of product. Typical fields of expertise include: materials, mechanics and systems, electrical, optics, chemistry, software, automation systems, packaging, testing and measurement, and manufacturing of electrical, mechanical and electronic components, products, and their integration into systems. The TESS FEM - FEA Analyst is part of the shared engineering analysis team in charge of simulation of sensor products. Responsibilities will include conducting analysis to predict the performance and manufacturability of sensor products. The FEM – FEA Analyst will deliver a comprehensive simulation analysis report with supporting images, charts and data to support all analytical conclusions, as well as interact with design teams and quality teams, as needed in expedite the design of new designs and resolve critical product/ customer issue.
Define and document the critical inputs for simulation
Identify the success factors of the product design being evaluated
Interface with quality and product designers to offer advice/guidance on technical matters relating to the performance of product
Correlate model outputs with physical data, adjusting models as appropriate
Create customized reports, prepare presentation materials, conduct analysis meetings, and inputs into analysis application
Communicate as requested with product designers and customers to explain model results and the rationale behind proposed product improvements
Plan an active role in NPI, Sustaining and Advanced Development projects
Rigorous and responsive, and have good analytical and problem solving skills
Organized and efficient
Excellent in generating output reports summarizing the simulations
Strong sense of commitment to deliver tasks on time
A solid team player who understands the importance of analysis as part of the cross functional team
Fluent in English
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Education and Experience
Material, Electronic or Mechanical Engineering Degree
Minimum of 5 years of experience in product simulation and Mechanical design
Theoretical & practical knowledge of product and/or process development
Background in Sensor development - Mechanical or electrical design with mixed signal electronics preferred
Demonstrated experience in working as team and across regions / time zones
Curiosity to understand, and ability to address and solve new problems is required
Ability to build strong, credible relationships with multiple organization functions inside TE and outside (i.e. customers and suppliers)
Sufficient experience in static structural/non-linear/vibration simulation
Strong skill in Ansys software is a must
Proficient in structural optimization and product failure RCCA(Root cause and correlated actions)
Capability to make results comparison between simulation and physic lab testing
