测量软件关于端面圆(全)跳动测量评价

端面跳动的概念类似于圆周跳动,但是端面跳全动是在上表面整体取点,而不是像圆周跳动一样在某一个指定的圆周上取点,如下图所示。取点之后,计算所有点的坐标的最大值减去最小值,得到的数据就是端面跳动。端面全跳动的测量方法:● 先为要测量的产品建立坐标系;● 基准测量完毕后,在端面上测量多个圆环或者尽可能的多测量点;● 软件自动根据端面圆周跳动的计算方法进行评价和计算。 端面全跳动检测要点:● 在时间足够用的情况下尽可能多的设定测量点数;● 测量点要平均分布,以便结果更加真实并接近真实值;● 尽可能的使用直径大的测针以消除表面粗糙度带来的影响。 端面圆跳动是用来评价物体表面的坐标值的晃动情况,如下图所示,下方为侧视图,上方为俯视图,建立好基准后,在红色虚线的圆周上进行打点测量,然后用最大坐标值-最小坐标值就是我们要测量的圆周晃动。端面圆跳动的测量方法:● 先为要测量的产品建立坐标系;● 基准测量完毕后,在端面上以某个值R为半径,测量一个圆形;● 软件自动根据端面圆周跳动的计算方法进行评价和计算。 端面圆周跳动检测要点:● 在时间足够用的情况下尽可能多的设定测量点数;● 测量点要平均分布,以便结果更加真实并接近真实值;● 尽可能的使用直径大的测针以消除表面粗糙度带来的影响。来源:山涧果子
