RationalDMIS直线度评价

对于RationalDMIS软件可以拖放的元素类型为 直线、圆柱

   直线度公差是实际线对理想直线所允许的最大变动量。也就是用以限制实际线加工误差所允许的变动范围。

  计算一个直线的直线度,应至少测量三个(建议四个点以上为好),点数越多越能反映其真实的直线度。

1.对于直线

先关闭自学习,手动模式MODE/MAN,测量四点确定一条直线。打开自学习,拖动实测直线到测点管理窗口,鼠标在点数窗口,滚动鼠标滚轮就会产生需要测量的点数,点击测量即可。

2.对于圆柱:

       可以对圆柱进行直线度的评价!!!(RationalDMIS独有功能)

   所评价直线度必须为实测圆柱或者多点拟合所得的圆柱,一个完美的例如构造出来的圆柱是没有直线度的!

对于圆柱需要至少测量四层截面圆

对于圆柱实体要求可选择 无、MMCLMCRFS

选择参与公差计算的元素状态1)、MMC最大实体状态 2)LMC最小实体状态 3)RFS:无实体状态MMC、LMCRFS接受直径公差的拖放且拖放的直径公差必须不超差即In Tol


3.特例:拖动实测圆柱1到直线节点,生成圆柱轴线,进行直线度评价,由于拟合的直线是完美的,故无直线度。


4.多点拟合圆柱可以进行直线度的评价

5.对于圆柱直线度评价,可以测量多层截面圆,拟合构造直线进行直线度评价。
