RationalDMIS 7.1 一点法 (快速建立零件坐标系)

建立原理:确定坐标系的三个轴向方向和坐标原点(右手坐标系)


特征的选择:根据图纸和工艺要求,尽量选取工件的基准特征建系


测量建系特征时的要求:在基准特征尽量大的范围内测量该特征


常用的方法:生成坐标系(3-2-1法),三点拟合,多点拟合,最佳拟合,迭代对齐


坐标系的检查:坐标系建立完成后,要检查方向是否正确,坐标值偏差是否合适。



RationalDMIS 7.1 一点法 (快速建立零件坐标系)


       

这个功能利用一个单一的测点或当前测头位置创建参考系.

对于测量需要注意的地方:


   在测量点的情况下(测量的类型为POINT),如果测量点数设置为1,那么将按照定义的理论值去测量。如果设置为0,将记录当时测针红宝石球心的坐标,将此作为当前测量点实际值。



   通 过 RationalDMIS 7.1 测量软件 坐 标 系 的 平 移 功 能 , 将 CMM 机 器 坐 标 原 点 平 移 到手动模式(MODE/MAN)下测量的第一点而创建的测量坐标系称之为 一点法。



RE:一点建坐标系,首先借助的是机器坐标器,但是更换零件后,需要同样的摆放位置(最好是工件某部分平行与机器的X或Y轴)。



提示:



    这个功能利用一个单一的测点创建参考系,建立坐标时尽量使自己建立的坐标系与机器坐标系在方向上一致。参考系的轴会平行于选择的参考系. 此功能一般用于程序自动建立参考系之前快速建立预参考系。



一点法零件装夹原则:


(1)尽可能将零件的主基准与坐标机的平台平行或紧贴装夹;


(2)尽可能使零件的更多的面与三坐标轴平行或垂直;


创建 一点法坐标系遵循的基本原则:


① 用于创建 一点法 坐标系而手动操作测量的一点,在工件上的位置需有较强的可分辨性和可测性;


② 创建 一点法坐标系编程方式不仅适用于单件精密工件重复性测量,更适用于批量件、多批次、不同时空循环测量;


③ 适用于有固定装夹方式工件的测量。


④ “可简化为点”的元素均可以用于创建 PT 坐标系(如点,圆,圆弧,球 等);


坐标功能应用


   利用坐标系平移功能对机器坐标系原点进行平移



测量流程如下:


① 手动模式(MODE/MANUAL),手动操作测量有明显位置特征的一点(Point)(或将探针放置到圆 CENTERCIR 中心:


② 创建 一点法坐标系(粗建坐标系)


③程序模式(MODE/PROG,MAN)自动测量用于创建 3-2-1 坐标系的特征元素 


④  创建工件坐标系(精建坐标系)


⑤ 自动测量需要评价的元素


⑥构造,公差评价,输出报告。




RationalDMIS 7.1 一点法 (快速建立零件坐标系)具体操作步骤:


1.探针放置到圆 CENTERCIR 中心,点击后即取探针的球心坐标生成一个点(当前测头位置创建一个点)



2.平移坐标系(一点法)



3.程序模式,自动测量圆,半精建坐标系。



4.给定安全平面,自动测量平面,直线,点,精建坐标系。


该方法一般适用于工件形状规则的机加工件的坐标系的建立,,有精度较高的基准特征可以测量。先测量和构造建立坐标系所需的特征,然后生成坐标构建零件坐标系。(找正,旋转,平移)

6.测量被测元素(需要评价的几何元素)



7.公差评价


8.输出报告
